For CORE.NV Production System Support...

All requests for the CORE.NV system should be directed to the GTO Service Desk at servicedesk@it.nv.gov.

To assist the support teams in handling your request, please ensure you include:

·       What Is Wrong? à  A clear and concise explanation of the problem you have encountered or the issue you need assistance with.

·       What Is Expected? à  What is the result or outcome you expect in this situation?

·       Documentation à  If applicable, provide screenshots from the system documenting the issue you are reporting with specific items of concern noted.
